Systems and Applications OIT will performing maintenance on the secondary DNS servers hosted on the Ag Campus, ns2.utk.edu, on Tuesday, June 18th at between 6:45 AM and 7:15 AM EDT. For those on the Ag campus, you will notice a slowdown for all network and internet activity during the maintenance window. Infrastructure The Baker Center is currently experiencing a power outage resulting in loss of wired network access on the 2nd and 3rd floors and potentially wireless access throughout the entire building. The issue has been reported to UTK Facilities Services. There is currently no estimated time as to the return of network service to the building. http://oit2.utk.edu/tc/ |

Infrastructure The network connection between ORNL and the UT Knoxville campus is currently down affecting areas such as JICS at the ORNL campus. OIT Network Administrators are aware of the problem and are en route to the ORNL campus to determine the cause. There is currently no ETA for when the connection will be available. |

Systems and Applications OIT system administrators will be moving SharePoint behind the new firewall on Saturday, June 15, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EDT. During this window, you may experience intermittent access and delays in loading SharePoint websites in your browser. The following sites and services affected by this maintenance include, but are not limited to, MyUTK, utworks.tennessee.edu, utspaces.tennessee.edu, the OIT website, UTIA websites (utextension.tennessee.edu, ag.tennessee.edu, and utia.tennessee.edu), athletics.tennessee.edu, the Dell Portal, Taleo/HR Recruitment software, Self-Service Banner, Graduate Admissions, Hire-a-vol, and Qualtrics Surveys.
