	Thursday 05/23/2013 8:01 AM	The Volmail upgrade to Office 365 is complete. Some users are reporting issues with connecting to Volmail on their mobile device. If you are having a problem connecting with your mobile device, please delete the account and use the following settings to configure a new account: Server: m.outlook.com Username: netid@utk.edu Password: NetID password If you need any help after the upgrade, please contact the OIT Helpdesk at 865-974-9900.

Training for Staff & Faculty
