My instructor told the class to look at some materials in the course site in Blackboard, but when I look there's nothing there. Am I doing something wrong? |

The first and best thing you can do when you don't see certain course materials in your Blackboard Learn course site is to email your instructor. If at all possible, use the Send Email function within the course site itself so your instructor can identify which specific course is missing materials. This is a situation that is usually caused when an instructor creates a merged (or "combined") course, which allows him or her to post materials for multiple sections of a course in just one site. If you can't find materials that your instructor says are in the site, look in your "My Courses" module for a course with an Course ID or Course Name containing "merged" or "combined". If you still can't find your course materials and your instructor is unable to help you find them, you can contact the OIT HelpDesk at 865.974.9900 or VIA the Help Request Form at help.utk.edu. |
