I'm having problems logging into the Student Ticketing system (http://bigorangetix.utk.edu). |

From the bigorangetix page (http://bigorangetix.utk.edu/), click on the large orange Login icon, which directs you to Login Information and Password Resets - Scroll Down to Log In (http://bigorangetix.utk.edu/reset.html). After reviewing the information on that screen, click again on the Login at the bottom of the screen which takes you to the Sign-In to UTK Student Ticketing screen.
If after entering the User ID (NetID) and password, you are not signed in, you will see:
After clicking on How to sign in for the first time you will be taken to “First time sign-in procedures” with instructions for signing in with your NetID and ‘guest’ as the password. If entering ‘guest’ as the password returns “Sign-In to UTK Student Ticketing -- Invalid UserID/Password. Try Again.” contact the Office of the Dean of Students, 413 Student Services Bldg., (865) 974-TKTS (8587), Email: bigorangetix@utk.edu
If after clicking on I forgot my username or password and filling out the requested information (First Name, Last Name, Home State, Home Postal Code, Campus Email Address), the error is: “Find Your User ID Password – No records found matching these fields,” contact the Office of the Dean of Students, 413 Student Services Bldg., (865) 974-TKTS (8587), Email: bigorangetix@utk.edu. |
