The "Outbox" folder can be accessed through OWA ( by selecting the "Use the light version of Outlook Web App" checkbox before logging into In the "light version" interface, you can open the link in the folders list on the left side called "Click to view all folders", select the "Outbox" from the dropdown list presented and then click the green arrow titled "Go to Folder" to open the "Outbox" folder.
