How do I turn off conversation view in Outlook Web Access for my Tmail/Exchange or VolMail?

To turn off conversation view, click the drop down arrow next to Arrange:

Click on the check box next to Conversation, making sure it is now unchecked.

When the box is unselected conversation view is turned off. It will take affect automatically. Check the box to turn it back on.
