How do I hide a column in my Grade Center? |

Under Course Management in the lower left of your course site, click Grade Center, then click on Full Grade Center. In the header for the column you want to hide, click the chevron button and select the option to Hide Column. The column should automatically disappear from the Grade Center. It can be retrieved by going to the blue Manage button and choosing Column Organization from the embedded drop-down menu. Click the check box to the left of the hidden column, place your cursor over the Show/Hide button, and choose Show Selected Columns. Then click Submit. NOTE: Hiding a column in this manner does NOT hide the grade from the student's view; it only hides the column from instructors in Grade Center. To hide a grade column from students, click on the chevron button in the header of the column you want to hide from students and choose Edit Column Information from the embedded drop-down menu. Under Options, choose the No radio button next to Show this Column to Students. Click Submit to save your changes and return your Grade Center's spreadsheet view. |
